AZALEA WANG LATE NIGHTS OVER THE KNEE FLATFORM BOOT WITH 4 WAY STRETCH IN BLACK

I purchased these boots, I have a wide calf, I reached off prior to ordering, because I usually don't like ordering on line, I looked at the description on the boots, I measured the my calf and the circumference of everything. The boots looks like rubber rain boots, they do not look like the pictures at all, The advertisement on the model, are larger than me, however boots go up only halfway, I can't return because it says final sail. So very disappointed

I'M 5'5 178 lbs. The description said wide calf but it seemed to be for slim fit because it was too tight and I also went a size up. Then I realized it cant be return because of final sell.
