    The Cutest Accesory Ever!

    Use this like a harness and place over a plain black top. It catches the eye as it looks like it is attached to the top then it moves a little and you gain even more attention. Trust me this has my 5 star approval rating as an Akira brand loyalist and I mostly wear black only!
