    I saw this Dress at the last minute at my local store. It was the last one they had & it happened to be in my size. It instantly became my birthday dress.. The picture does not do this dress justice. The dress has sparkles all the way through and the top part of the dress is sheer. I received compliments all night long. The twirl let’s talk about the twirl. I twirled in this dress all night long.
