    White Trashbag

    I’m kind of on the fence about this skirt because the material is like trashbag or a plastic tablecloth. The skirt is loud and sounds similar to a windbreaker. I think it looks like a trashbag but my friend said it doesn’t but we both agree about the material. Hopefully this review will help someone make a decision
