    Take me to Japan earring

    Was so happy to receive my package but upon opening the stem to my earring was already broken. I reached out for replacement as I love these earrings so bad but they only offer me a store credit of $20 which does not include taxes. I have yet to hear back from them. If I use the store credit

    They are offering I’m still responsible for shipping-which I feel isn’t fair.
