    I ordered this necklace twice. The first time it was broken while in tge bag. I returned it to receive a store credit. Ordered it again and its still broken. Looks loke the exact same necklace that i returned the first time. This is poor service as I have to keep paying for shipping, spending my time to return and it took longer than expected to receive the 2nd necklace. It’s as if the company was waiting for me to return the first one so they could put it back in an bag to ship it back.
