    Dusappointed- Defective Zipper

    I purchased the Star of the Show Mini Dress to wear to my 30th high school reunion. When I tried it on after receiving it, everything seemed fine, but the first time I went to actually wear it, the zipper split and got stuck. I couldn’t wear the dress at all and had to find something else last minute.

    I reached out to customer service, but they refused to help because the defect was discovered after their 7-day window, even though it was clearly a manufacturing issue. Very disappointed in both the quality and the lack of accountability. I expected better.
