    STAR OF THE SHOW RUFFLE BUTTON DOWN

    so many ruffles look so cute. I actully bought this as a jacket type or to wear over a sleeveless summer dress. I did have to steam down some of the ruffles and had to sew or tack down some ruffles to lay a little flat, now its perfect.
