    They're Okay

    I'm 5'10 190 29-31 waist depending on the brand and cut. These are cut small. I ordered a large. They're tight in the waist. An XL or 1X may have been better. I ordered some other shorts in a large and they fit. Go figure. It's all about the cut and material.
