    Plume Ruffle Bolero - Because Your Shoulders Deserve a Moment

    The Bolero is very comfortable and elevates a simple outfit into a full on look. It’s lightweight and easy to throw on. Because the fabric has no stretch, I opted to go up a size and it fits well.
