The AKIRA Label Over And Over Ruffle Top is made from a crisp cotton-blend fabrication and features a sleeveless design with dramatic, multi-fabric and tulle pleated ruffled detailing that extends from the shoulders, a ruffled collar, layers of vertical ruffles down the front, cascading, self-tie ribbon accents on the sides, and a cummerbund-inspired waistline. This couture blouse is complete with a cropped silhouette and button down front closures.
