I immediately fell in love with this beautiful black trench coat, when I say it in the AKIRA store! After I tried it on, I knew I had to purchase it! It is a very classy, and stylish trench coat, and I have coordinated with silver, and white pants, and a silver-satin blazer to coordinate with it! I have received quite a number of compliments when I am out and about, about this very lovely trench coat! I am really glad I purchased it! Akira is my favorite retail store, and it will always be my No. 1 store for the best clothing ever!

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a jacket for $131, only to realize it didn’t fit and had a hole in the pocket. When I tried to return it, I was told I was outside the 14-day window, even though the item was defective.

I contacted customer service, but they repeatedly told me to go back to the store and speak with a manager. I did that, and unfortunately, the store still refused to offer a return or exchange.

It’s frustrating to be stuck with a damaged item that I can’t use, especially at this price point. I expected better quality and more reasonable support when something is clearly wrong with the product. This experience has made me hesitant to shop here again.
