Unfortunately, I tried the dress on the day of my event and it had multiple spots where pieces of the material were poking out. I had purchased multiple dresses in my order, in the event that one didn’t fit, but the damage is why I was unable to wear it. I reported the damage and requested a refund/return 6 days after opening the package, and I am now being charged to return the damaged item that I was unable to wear only because I didn’t see the damage soon enough. I have never had a damaged item from here, so I was unaware, but want to warn other customers to make sure that you open your Akira package ASAP and check for damages because after only 7 days of delivery, you will have to pay for the damage, even if the amount of time you have to return the item, is much longer than 7 days.
