    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    This item states that 43” Strap Length (removable) would be included but when I received the item it was missing the piece, I contacted their "customer service" multiple times which they kept giving me the wrong information and they eventually told me to RE-purchase the item and that they would make sure to do a quality check so that there would be no missing pieces this time. I RE-purchased the item again after 30+ back and forth emails and so much wasted time and efforts on my part and when I finally received the new item it was missing the piece AGAIN!!!!! When I reached out to them again they were very rude and did not even try to make things right, this is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever encountered, I will definitely never buy any items from Akira again and will not recommend them to anybody!
