Received the dress recently and fell in love with the style of the dress however, the zipper is faulty as the previous reviewer indicated. I decided to keep the dress because I love it so much but I have to pay a pricey replacement cost for the zipper. Mentioned this to Akira support team and was simply offered a 20% discount. I love the styles but am hesitant to support in the future.

I accidentally purchased this dress and I'm so glad I did! It's absolutely beautiful! I bought the 1x and it fits however on me it's a little big in the hip area. It doesn't fit as snug as on the model. And I'm 5'4 and it's almost down to my ankles. I'm somewhat busty and it's a little big in the bust area. I'm going to wear a t shirt or blouse underneath it. Otherwise I love it. I'm glad I got it because it's now sold out. The XL would have been too small and the 2x too big.

I purchased this dress four times, the zipper continues to come off track. I cannot tell you how it truly fits because without it fully zipping, I don't know! The pattern itself is very pleasing. It runs on the small size and since I usually wear a medium, so I purchased a medium but to make sure I also had to get the large and the Xtra Laege. I wish they sold this dress in the store so I try it own ti see if i just got a few bad quality zippers. I am thinking about replacing the zipper by taking it to a tailored but I shouldn't have to pay extra money for Akira poor manufacturing.
