These jeans are cute with a splash of spunk. The patchwork really stands out and they are great quality. I got these jeans from the Water Tower location in Chicago. I’ve been to Akira locations in Ohio and Michigan and had nothing positive to say about them. The employees in this location were very attentive, friendly, and professional. Cici was my stylist for the day and went above and beyond. She asked me what I was looking for and brought me items that were to my liking which I wound up purchasing. Im from Ohio so I had the items shipped to my home. The package arrived before I did. I thought that was very impressive. I went to another location in Chicago and was having issues with finding out where my package was. I reached out to Cici and she offered her assistance but her day off. That really meant a lot she took the time to respond and assist me. I received nothing but superb customer service from the Water Tower location and will be back again.
