    It's beautiful BUT....

    IT SHEDS!! I actually read the two reviews that mentioned the shedding and bought it anyway, thinking I could fix the problem. I was wrong, I should have listened. It shed out of the box, it shed after I brushed it (and then had to break out my vacuum to pick up all the shedding off my rug), it shed after I put it in the freezer, it shed after I sprayed it with hairspray. I ended up donating it. Very disappointed because I have loved all of my past Akira purchases.
