I'm 6ft tall so I had to be creative and wear it as a top to the Usher concert. Got tons of compliments. It does run a little big which was a plus for me because I'm a size 14 with hips & butt. There's a chain that let's you adjust the waist yo cinch it.

Beautifully done piece.. buttttt I'm 5'5'' S/M and I'm swimming in it ( bought S/M) hahah wish Akira added some shorter models cuz everything looks good on 5'10'' girl. Love that it's super stretchy and you can move freely in it.

This dress was absolutely stunning on! There is an adjustable chain link waist tie to cinch the waist as well as an adjustable chain link at the top of the dress. Received a ton of compliments. The comment that stood out the most was “That is such a gorgeous dress, is it comfortable?” No, of course not. Why would it be. This dress is heavy, unlined, and hard to sit down on. However, it’s so stunning I’d wear it again! Luckily, I wore this dress to the Beyoncé concert and was therefore on my feet the entire time. I regret nothing!

This is my first Akira purchase and I'm extremely disappointed. I purchased this for a concert, it arrived today in dirty bubble wrapped packaging with no price tags !! Did you guys send me a WORN DRESS !!!!????? the diamond shapes are scratched up and dirty !!! I know this is like a 4E21 type of store but this is really bad !!! this is very concerning for a first time purchase!! I'm definitely sending it back !!!! I don't mind the boxy type fit, even though I'm thin it could be an elegant dress if it didn't look used !! This dress is made of chains and reflective diamond shapes of tin..or nickel..and it's scratched up!! :-( Other than appearing used, this is a very unusual dress, (in a good way), The shapes shift and leave an open space when it does so If you purchase it, make sure you're wearing undergarments...maybe a unitard with spaghetti straps, or a spanx short slip and a cami..it's made to be worn in warm weather or make sure you're wearing a coat. it's a very unusually cute dress but it's going back.
