    36B, 28 high waist, 31 waist, 42 hip, 138 pounds I purchased a size small in the top and the skirt I will be upgrading to a medium the small fit but the elastic I want a comfortable stretch look cause the elastic making my skin stuck out as if it’s too small when it’s not if I wanted to rock the skirt alone
