    The hat arrived with a gold circle from the front of the hat was off, laying in the bag. Upon looking closer all of the gold circles, were attached with glue and not sewn on like they were supposed to. There was a loop part on the back of the gold buttons that were meant to be used for sewing them on. The other thing that I noticed was trying to tighten the hat to my head size has been very difficult because the strings on the inside to make the hat tighter fitting are too short. Therefore, I cannot tighten it the right way. Very disappointing but a beautiful hat to say the least.
