IM THE STATEMENT NECKLACE

I absolutely think this necklace is stunning . I purchased it, opened the item but waited 5 days to reach for it and

put it on. I put it on, 2 crystals fall off. I contact akira and ask if they can send me extra crystals because I want to keep it but crystals fell off. Their rep “C” tells me she will ask and get back to me but I can prob order them on Amazon. Well nobody wants to pay $80 for a necklace and hear go order the crystals on Amazon. So I glued the 2 crystals back on and when I pick it up a 3rd crystal is missing. I tell the same rep to send me a return receipt and I ordered a second necklace. Thinking I can return this one. She finally gets back to me & says I only have 7 days to return a damaged item. (You have 4 weeks to return regular items) but she can send me $20 coupon. I reply to her that I am a VIP rewards member for 5 yrs. If I can’t return it can’t she do any better than $20? How about 20%? She copy and pasted the last message she sent me . I guess when the crystals fall off the new necklace

I can use the crystals from the old necklace to replace them. At least I have $20 whole dollars towards my next order. Buy at your own risk
