Description

Giddy up, but make it glamorous. The AKIRA Label High End Rodeo Turquoise Stone Top is a vintage-inspired novelty piece crafted from a burnished silver chain link base adorned with assorted Western-inspired coins, charms, and marbled turquoise beads. It features a cropped silhouette, a halter neckline, and an open back with two chain link straps. All straps are complete with lobster clasp closures. Pictured undergarments not included.

    Tarnishing before I’ve even worn it!

    I regret buying this item and making a purchase through Akira. When I first received this item it was seemingly in good condition and I placed it back in the bubble wrap and plastic bag it arrived in. Took it out today to try on with an outfit and noticed that it’s tarnishing already. This is very disappointing considering the price of this item and the condescending tone the CS agent had when informing me that this is not available for return. Will never purchase from Akira again and will be sure to also post a full review on TikTok.

    I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the box and peeled away the plastic wrapping, my excitement quickly turned to frustration—the first thing I saw was several missing pieces of turquoise from the Conchos. These weren’t loose inside the packaging, nor anywhere in the box, which makes it clear that this item was already defective before it was shipped.

    Sending out a product in this condition, knowing it is damaged, is completely unacceptable. It feels dishonest and careless, and I expected far better quality control. I would like an immediate resolution to this issue, whether it be a full refund or a replacement in **perfect** condition. Please address this matter urgently.
