Something about this doesn’t fit right. It feels like i wouldn’t have needed to order two sizes down for it to fit as pictured.

Im 5 feet 8 inches and I ordered a small. I may have to hem a little bit, but it depends on the shoe I will wear. I will be rocking this outfit on my birthday.
