    "True-to-size", means nothing, But it fits well on me. If you're broad or more "round" than "ellipsed" in the chest or are if a large cup size go up a size or two. It's very soft and comfortable to wears. Thank goh! there is zipper of ample length in the back as this has ZERO stretch and you can zip it up yourself.
