    Nice shorts HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    The shorts are nice. Low rating for customer service. There is absolutely no way to speak to anyone or get one line help. I realize I purchased two pairs of shorts instead of one pair of shorts and one jacket. I called every Akira store from the east to the mid west and got the same recorded message from each store, I call the company number , I tried on line support only to get a message that no one was online…..10 minutes times. I tried all day to get someone to fix my order. Never got a person on the phone or online. Now I have two pairs of shorts instead and had to go back and purchase the jacket. AKIRA’S CUSTOMER SERVICE NEED IMMEDIATE IMPROVEMENTS
