    This skirt is super cute! Very impressive statement piece. Its tight, but stretchy so its realy comfortable. Its a thick material so feels quality. Its just tight on the bottom so it makes you walk funny like a cartoon character. Especially in heels your gate will be limited as the stride will be shorter. Only you will notice!
