    Heavy- Beautiful- SO MUCH MOVEMENT

    I bought this dress to wear as a skirt- it's perfect! I'm 5'8, when worn just above my hips it just grazes the floor and moves SO well as a skirt or a dress. As a dress, it is a shift shape so no tapering in at the waist just lots of ruffles and more a Midi length. The biggest con to this dress is the laughably cheap straps- think dance costume bra strap. Cheap stick-on rhinestones covering not even half the nude elastic adjustable strap. The skirt/dress itself it stunning and worth the (clearance) cost- the straps are a questionable add on that cheapens it. (does look really cool under a leather jacket tho)
