    Terrible !

    This item arrived damaged and the shipping was delayed. When I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a refund and only offered a $50 gift card instead. They also expected me to return the damaged item, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I was disappointed with both the product quality and the way the issue was handled.
