    Sizing is way off

    I ordered this blouse twice- once in Large and again in XL. My arm and neck fit fine but the halter part around the chest would not close by a long shot! For reference I am a Medium in tops and blouses… no boobs and no large stomach. Seemed like it would be a unique piece but didn’t work out!
