    Gems come off easily.

    Love this bag, but the gems do come off easily. I was wondering about this when the one I got in store was the only one without missing gems, but they were coming off just from opening and closing the bag the one time I used it. More can be glued on, but its probably not worth the price knowing it will take constant maintenance in order to use it.
