    Garbage Bag dress

    Very disappointed. The style is cute. This is not vinyl this looks like the extra strong Hefty Garbage Bags. It has a dull look to it. The hem in the rear is sewn crookedly,it veers off on a slant. Totally misrepresented. Take pride in craft. Sew the clothes probably please.
