    Cute but runs big

    I just received my dress and it is cute, however it runs big. Do not go by the size chart listed on this particular item. I would love to exchange but AKIRA does not offer exchanges. They charge you $10 to ship back and you have to purchase the item again. So if you received free shipping or a discount you won’t receive it. I’m giving it 1 star because of your return policy!
