Description

This bold top boasts a non-stretchy faux leather base and features a plunging neckline, halter neck straps with button closures, a tonal layered pleated fabric overlay throughout its entirety with interspersed circular designs, and an asymmetrical bottom hem. Complete with tonal stitching, and a back zipper closure.
