    Cute Dress, Be Aware of the Return Fee

    The clothes are cute and the pictures online are an accurate depiction of the items. I ordered the same dress in both a small and a medium because I was not confident about the sizing. The small, which is my usual size, ended up being too small, so I had to return it.

    The $10 return handling fee was disappointing and detracts from an otherwise positive shopping experience. While I understand that returns involve processing costs, a $10 fee feels excessive, especially when customers order multiple sizes to ensure the best fit. A lower fee or a more flexible return policy would make the overall shopping experience much more customer friendly.
