    Did not receive my item

    I ordered this jacket in a S and the matching pants in a M, but instead got a pair of XL leopard print jeans...

    Upon contacting customer service they told me they would not resend my items to me, and require me to first send back the item I did not order, before they would even issue me a refund.

    I was told that they do not resend items, and only issue refunds which can take 14 business days. By the time I receive my refund, if I receive a refund ( pending an investigation into the shipping warehouse to prove I did not infact order these terrible leopard pants), the items that I would then have to reorder will most likely be out of stock, and would not arrive for the event they were ordered for regardless.
