I wear 8.5 and I got 8.5 . I tried on in store , they are comfortable, no hanging toes. The heels you can walk in for hours. I went to a concert/ club . I added ball of feet cushion for extra comfort. I put on at 6pm and feet started burning around midnight, lol but I was doing too much. If you plan to just sit and just make an appearance then you can wear all day
