    Shoes Not Functional - Broken Shoes

    I bought these shoes at full price about a month ago, and they are cute, however - and the very first time I actually tried to wear them, the silver heel began twisting off as I walked. Let me try to describe - see the silver heel part of the shoe? that silver heel is not fully connected to the rest of the shoe, it is just stuck on to the bottom of the shoe with a pin. So the silver heel part, and the black shoe part were initially made as two separate parts, then they were pinned together later during the construction of the shoe itself. In short, because the silver heel is only pinned to the bottom of the shoe, it can twist in all directions as you walk, even twisting all the way to one side, causing you to suddenly fall and twist your ankle - when you wear these shoes, it's literally like your heel just breaks off all the time while you're walking. these shoes are completely unwearable as a result, and I have had to take these shoes to a shoe store, where they are trying to repair the issue by properly affixing the heel to the shoe so that they can be worn. Keep in mind that the shoes came in this state - this is how the shoes are normally constructed. This is an issue with poor shoe design and construction, not an issue with a defective pair of shoes. Both shoes in my pair have the same issue - the heels just twist all the way around with the slightest pressure because they aren't properly affixed to the bottom of the shoe.
