    Broke before I even got to leave the house

    Strap broke when trying to tighten the shoes while I was in the house trying them on. I tried to contact customer service but told me I can’t return them because it was over 30 days since ordering, but I was saving them for a trip and hadn’t tried to tighten them until it was time to pack. This is unacceptable. For shoes that are $150 they shouldn’t break prior to me even wearing them out the house! For $150 for shoes that aren’t even real leather, and even if I did wear them a couple times I should be able to wear them for a lot longer than that before the strap breaks. Now I’m unable to wear them because they won’t tighten!
