    looks cheap and hard to take boot off

    this boot looks cheap, and it took me 10 minutes to get the right boot off, and I bought it one size larger.

    Ordered this boot for my birthday. Received it in good timing with overnight shipping; however, realized the boot definitely runs small and didn’t fit. Ordered a size 13 and it seems to fit more like an 11.

    Wow!!!
