These boots are soft, bright & comfortable. The stretch from foot to ankle is perfect, no gap between your leg & the boot so you can wear crappy ankle socks & no one will see.
However, when I got to the "strappy tie up cover," I felt like I needed to go back to school to learn how the heck those things work. LOTS of straps. TWO pieces sewn on top of the main leg tube that have the straps attached. FOUR points (2 front, 2 back) with TWO straps each.
Where do I start? Which direction does it face? Which way is up?
Here's my tutorial:
Lesson 1: Sit on the floor, sofa, bed, someplace flat because you will be holding your leg out for a while.
Lesson 2: Put the cover on your leg BEFORE the boot.
Lesson 3: The bottom is the part with the splits, the top is the plain tube.
Lesson 4: The front of the cover has the split at the bottom of the attached piece
Lesson 5: Stare at the website image enlarged while moving the cover around on your leg.
When the cover is positioned, put on the boot.
Once you get the cover situated on your leg, tie the straps any which way you want: double down, or singly. Don't tie them too tight, the split pieces need to have the split be able to reach the top of your foot. Don't leave a gap between the cover & the top of the boot.
Once you get them tied up, go get 'em girl. These are FIRE
