    These boots are shaped weirdly and hard to get on! You should definitely size up! I love the boot itself However the cut on these boots was made very poorly?

    I had to customize the boot

    I had to literally go in the inside of the boot with a box cutter and cut the insert out and trim some of the shoe cuff off to make the inside a slip in shoe in order to put my heel in. The boot itself is fye. However getting your heel in is worser than getting your foot in a pair of uggs. You cannot tell what I did on the inside because the outside is a slouch look . I so love the boot tho once i fixed it to my fitting. Couldnt take it back because it was brought on sale and sold out .
