    POOR QUALITY HEELS

    I was shipped new Gretchen puffer booties with a cracked heel on the left bootie. Although I notified support the day of receipt (with photos), Akira refused to refund me the shipping that I paid to receive "their damaged shoes that were advertised as new." This is poor customer service at its best!!
