Flame on!🔥🔥 These booties are so unique! The scales on the side are a great touch that adds a bit of panache. I usually get a size 10 in Akira's shoes that are on sale, but they were out of stock. My actual size is a 9-9.5, so I bought the 9 to see if I could get into it without any problems, and I was able to fit them. They're a tiny bit tight across the top, but that's not a them issue, that's a me issue, so I'm not going to take away any points for that. The laces are very long, which feels like I should be able to loosen them up a bit. Truly a unique and beautiful boot.

These are very unique and have a great high fashion industrial look to them--if that can be a thing lol. Great ankle support and the platform combined with the chunky heel will definitely make for a smooth walking experience. They didn't have my size 10 that I usually get --I wear a 9-9.5 but always order up in most of their shoes, although depending how they're made, I can fit a 9 easily and comfortably---so I ordered the 9. They fit a little snug in the toe box, but the laces were still fully tightened straight out of the box, so I'm hoping to losen them up and open the width up a bit more so they'll fit a little better. But that's a me thing, nothing to do with the shoes, and I don't expect it to be a big deal. Still a beautiful and unique boot. I also ordered the black moto jacket with the same type of scales on the sleeves, so I'm looking forward to putting a look together with both pieces. Beautiful boots 👢 💕

The boots don’t look as dramatic in person as they do online but they FOR SURE are attention grabbers. The height of the heel is very comfortable to walk in. I wear heels but these are chunky enough that they would work for non heel wearers. The only thing I didn’t like is one of the scared are creased. I’m sure it either happened in transit or how they were packaged and placed in the box. It’s close to summertime now so my the time I wear them, I’m hoping that one scale corrects itself. They’re not as glossy in person either so they’re almost perfect except for the shoe strings. They are soooo dramatically long. I’m petite tho and no legs to speak of so I guess that’s why I have a ton of extra lace but since they lace all the way up, it works for all size legs/calves. And I caught them on sale! True to size. Chunky usually run big but these are perfect yall.
