Love this BOOT, but very disappointing 😞
This is a beautiful THIGH HIGH BOOT !!! I originally bought this boot LAST minute for the USHER concert that was in Houston, Texas, I couldn’t remain cute throughout the concert because I was busy playing tug-of-war all throughout the night. Every time I took a STEP the boot would literally fall to my ankles 😞 however it does look cute once it falls In a slouchy type of look 👀 BUT NOT all the way down to my ankles !!! SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ The boot doesn’t belong down there. Just why.??? Even after I tighten the straps that did not help not 1 bit !!! I’m really stuck because I don’t know if I should take it to the shoe doctor and have them to add a strap to the boot or just return it if it’s returnable Or exchangeable. Not only that my birthday is next week and I plan on wearing those boots with 1 of my birthday outfits but doesn’t look like that’s gonna happen anymore !!!! HELP !!!

Shoes

Shoe size may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Fit is tested using size 7.5-8 shoe. Recommendations to order smaller or larger shoes will be visible on the description (e.g., "runs narrow; order 1/2 size up.")

HOW TO MEASURE SHOE SIZE LENGTH: Place ruler on the ground, perpendicular to the wall, so the '0' is against the wall. In bare feet, step on the ruler, with the back of your heel against the wall. The measurement taken at the longest part of your foot determines your shoe size.

HOW TO MEASURE SHOE SIZE WIDTH: With the ruler in the same position, step with your bare foot onto the ruler - this time with the outside of your foot touching the wall. The measurement taken at the widest part of your foot determines your shoe width.

HOW TO MEASURE HEEL HEIGHT: We measure from a size 8-8.5 shoe and will vary slightly depending on the size you order. The heel is measured up the center back of the heel to where it meets the sole. All measurements are approximate and rounded down to the nearest quarter inch.
