    Do not buy, poor quality

    I was really excited to wear this dress for my upcoming bachelorette trip, but unfortunately it arrived damaged. When I tried it on, I noticed the seam right below the zipper in the back was already splitting and had a hole in it. This is clearly a quality issue that should have been caught before the item was shipped.

    Because my trip is this weekend, I don’t have time to return the dress and wait for a replacement. I reached out to customer service hoping they would offer a partial refund since I now have to rush to find a seamstress to repair a brand-new dress. Unfortunately, they refused to help and only offered a return, which doesn’t work given the timing.

    It’s really disappointing to receive a damaged item and then have no reasonable solution offered. I expected better quality and better customer service. I would be cautious ordering if you need something for a specific event.
