I’ve been eyeballing the boots since they first came out. I finally decided to purchase them. First look at the boots I wasn’t too sure until I felt them. They’re more of a soft denim, not hard at all. The detailing on the boots definitely makes it a statement piece. Gives me a Cindy Laupet/Madonna/Betsy Johnson type vibe. If you’re debating on purchasing this item, go for it. I will say they were hard to put on, it was a struggle. I wear a 7 and went up a half size after reading the comments. They were still hard to initially step into. The instep is high. Once I was able to get them on, they got perfectly. I’m glad I only went up a half size. Had I gone up a whole size, they would have been too big in the foot area. Speaking of the foot area, very comfortable, love the extra cushion which makes a difference when wearing them for a long period of time. Can’t wait to pair them with some cute denim shorts, t-shirt or distressed jeans, top and cute solid color blazer.
