    I bought this really cute bag and the magnetic closure is so weak it will not catch. It was impossible to reach somebody so I forwarded my text several times. They sent me just a form letter it didn't address my issue at all. Then they sent me a text and gave me a whopping 10% off! It'll cost more than that to fix it. Not very happy with this company.
