This playful piece is crafted from a semi-stretchy cotton knit base and features a distressed plaid patterning with cutout lace accents throughout, a strapless neckline with inner elastic trim, a slightly ruched construction throughout the bodice, a slightly stretchy inner lining, a structured bubble skirt silhouette, and a peekaboo lower back cutout with a self-tie closure at the top back hem.
