    Not A Dress

    I bought this dress believing it would be the perfect birthday dress for myself. I wear medium, so I purchased the S/M. When I pulled it out the box, I instantly knew this was not a dress. I tried it on thinking looks could be deceiving but it wasnā€™t, the dress stops right at the top of my waist/hips, not past my butt at all. Iā€™m only 5ā€™6 and 162 lbs. I canā€™t return it because itā€™s a final sale item but it does fit perfectly as a top, now I just need to figure out what bottoms I need match it with.
