    Oversized and AKIRA doesn’t do exchanges

    First time shopper on AKIRA. I usually wear L bc I have a large bust. I thought it would be fine to just exchange it. Lo and behold, that’s not an option. I had to return this and some pants that were ridiculously long. AKIRA has strange fees. $4 non negotiable fee for processing my order (which I am not getting back even though I’ve returned order) and $10 for returns. I have never shopped anywhere that charges customers for returns. Needless to say I’m scared to buy anything else from AKIRA because their sizing is off and they’re not return friendly.

    Beautiful Sweater… but really oversized

    It’s GORGEOUS!!! It’s truly overly big & I ordered a small. I’m probably going to get it altered to fit how I want it to.
